What NoGaps does
NoGaps keeps a work diary that you change by ringing or texting it. It's new, and it's in early testing. We work to keep it running and to get every change right, and every change is texted back to you so you can check it and reply UNDO. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.
The boss's part
- The person who sets up a business's diary is its boss, and decides who's on it.
- Only add people who've agreed to get texts from the diary about their jobs.
- Only put in client details you're allowed to use for running your jobs.
Fair use
Don't use the diary for anything unlawful, to text people who haven't agreed to it, or to try to get into another business's diary. We can suspend a diary that's being misused.
Calls and texts
Your phone company's usual rates apply to the calls and texts you send the diary. Reply STOP at any time to stop its texts.
Stopping
You can stop using NoGaps whenever you like. Email hello@nogaps.au and we'll delete your business's diary.
The legal bit
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from a diary being wrong or unavailable. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If we change these terms, we'll update this page.
