Say what changed.
That's it.
Off the phone to the builder, ring or text the diary like you'd tell a mate. It makes the change and texts you what it did. Got a crew? It tells whoever's on the job.
- 7:42am, in the ute
- Sam rings the diary"Smith job's pushed to Thursday. And pencil in a quote at Lyneham, Friday 2pm."
- DiaryMOVE Smith exterior -> Thu 5 Nov ADD Quote: Lyneham Fri 6 Nov 2pm, half day, pencilled Text UNDO if that's wrong.
- Got a crew? Whoever's on the job hears about it.
- Diary, on Jono's phoneTom changed: MOVE Crest Rd -> Thu 5 Nov [Tom, Jono]
Examples. Sam, Tom, Jono and the jobs are made up.
Built for the ute,
not the office.
- On your own or with a crewMade for one tradie on their own. A crew of two to five works too.
- No app, no loginCaller ID works out who's ringing, so there's nothing to sign in to.
- Got it wrong? Text UNDOEvery change is texted back to you, so you can check it.
- Your calendar followsThe diary texts you a link to your own page, and you can add it to your iPhone or Google Calendar.
- Got a crew? They're sorted tooEach person hears about the jobs they're on and gets their own link. They can ask for changes, and you say OK.
Only texts
that matter.
Texts about your diary and nothing else: changes you made, your jobs changing, answers to what you asked, your diary link. Never marketing. How many you get depends on how often your diary changes.
Reply STOP any time and the diary won't text you again. Your phone company's usual rates apply to the calls and texts you send it.
Ask for a spot.
It's a small pilot, so we're setting businesses up one at a time. We'll text you when your diary's ready.
